A comparative assessment of the growth, development and meat qualities of ducks of various crosses

The study of the growth and development of domestic ducks, the slaughter of domestic ducks and the shooting of wild ones was carried out, the slaughter yield, the yield of boned meat, the yield of other slaughter products were determined, a comparative analysis of the slaughter yield of ducks of the Belarusian Temp cross and wild duck of the Teal-whistler species, their nutritional and biological value was carried out. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion was made about the direction of using duck meat of the Belarusian Temp cross and wild duck of the Teal-whistler species in the technology of meat products.
