Transformation of economic entities intersectoral interaction of the domestic Agro-Industrial Complex based on vertical integration mechanisms

The key problems of economic entities intersectoral interaction of the domestic agro-food complex are revealed, including structural imbalances in the development of industries, sectors, the lack of equivalence of intersectoral exchange between raw materials producers, its processors and the circulation sphere, etc. The characteristic features of integration transformations in the domestic agro-industrial complex are highlighted, including the expansion of the integration entities composition, the predominance of the holding type integrated structures with a high level of concentration and production mechanization, the lack of integrated corporations effective interaction practice with small forms of agribusiness. The methods and mechanisms of creating vertically integrated formations in the agro-industrial complex are systematized, the specifics of economic relations in the integrated formation are revealed. The content of the intersectoral interaction transformation in the domestic agro-industrial complex on the basis of vertical integration mechanisms is revealed. The results of the management process functional decomposition of agricultural entities intersectoral interaction in the framework of vertically integrated formation are presented. Priority directions for improving exchange and distribution relations in vertically integrated agro-industrial formations of contemporary Russia have been identified.
