Improvement of pork products production organizational and economic system

The mechanisms of strategic management in the context of their application to the economic entities of pig breeding sub-branch on the basis of value chain management tools have been analyzed. It has been established that pig breeding in the Russian Federation develops unevenly: there are donor regions and recipient regions, and the largest specific weight of pig production belongs to large agro-industrial formations. It has been revealed that pig breeding is gradually reviving in small farming forms, which is predetermined by their high socio-economic importance for rural residents. In Russian Federation, from 2010 to 2021, industrial production of pork products increased almost 3 times (an increase of 2.6 million tons), and in relation to 2000 - more than 8 times, in 2021 the share of pork in the total meat production amounted to 37.3%. It is proved that the requirements for sustainable production in the competitiveness of the pork sub-branch can be satisfied only when the whole production chain from farm to counter acquires the maximum efficiency contour. It is determined that the factors influencing the added value chain can be the labor division on the basis of specialization deepening and inter-farm cooperation of producers. Organizational and economic mechanism of pig breeding production is suggested, where the main technological processes are proposed to be determined between independent economic entities: reproducer of breeding and genetic center and separate small agricultural producers, activity of which can be based on long-term contractual relations.
