New protein-vitamin mineral feed additive for broiler chickens

The poultry industry in the Krasnodar Territory is experiencing an increased need for high-quality, balanced feed for farm animals, at the same time, livestock farms are striving to reduce the cost of their products. It is proposed to solve this problem by replacing the fishmeal in the feed with a high-protein concentrate obtained from the larvae of the Hermetia Illucens fly, since the protein concentrate obtained from them is a good source of fat and protein, amino acids, calcium and phosphorus. The introduction of grape flour into the composition of the additive allows enriching the diet with micro and macro elements and essential amino acids, fiber. The probiotic complex included in the feed additive improves the digestive processes in the gastrointestinal tract, thereby improving the body's immune processes. An experimental composition of a feed additive for young poultry was developed. Experimental studies were carried out in poultry farms of the Republic of Adygea, Khoshekhablsky district on two groups of week-old chickens with an average live weight of 155-158 g, 100 heads in each group. Animals of the control group were fed with a general diet, and animals of the experimental group were fed with the same general diet with the addition of the declared combined feed additive in the amount of 5% in the diet. According to the technological map, weighing was carried out at the age of 7 days (formation of groups), 17 days, 29 days and 42 days. By the end of the experiment, the live weight of the experimental group broiler chickens that received the feed additive was higher than that of the animals of the control group and amounted to 2818 g, while the chickens of the control group that received the main diet, on average, weighed 2578 g.
