Rural territories of Russia: current state, positive practices for depression rehabilitation

The heterogeneity of the rural areas development in our country is due to the territorial extent of the Russian Federation, the historical experience of the territory development, different levels of resources, infrastructure, and other factors availability.In the course of the study, it was revealed that despite the annual budget support provided within the framework of state programs, a qualitative leap in the socio-economic rural areas development has not yet been achieved. In spatial development, there is a certain asymmetry in the provision of state support within the framework of federal districts, due to the criteria chosen in the framework of the programs for selecting projects for the rural localities development. To level the identified problems of rural areas integrated development in our country, it is proposed to monitor the depressiveness signs in the development of rural areas: to diversify the rural settlements economy with a focus on the widespread use of "hidden" resources; generate entrepreneurial potential in rural localities; identify and replicate the best Russian practices in the field of rural areas rehabilitation. Under the best Russian practices in the field of rehabilitation of rural areas, it is expedient to understand practices that have already proven themselves on the positive side in eliminating problems in the space of rural areas, have a clear implementation algorithm and can be replicated. Successful practices in the rehabilitation of rural areas should be integrated into a special Internet portal that is easy to navigate and allows you to search for successful practices according to the given parameters. The issues of increasing the database of successful practices and popularizing the accumulated pool of positive practices should be envisaged to achieve the maximum effect from their accumulation within the special platform framework.
