The current state and mechanisms of development of agricultural business structures based on integration and cooperation ties

The prevailing modern economic conditions, complicated by sanctions restrictions, unstable geopolitical situation, orients agricultural business structures to combine their efforts for further development. In this regard, agricultural cooperation is of particular importance in the agricultural sector of the economy, which opens access for agricultural producers to the domestic and foreign market of products. The urgency of the problem of the development of agricultural cooperation is emphasized by the currently existing attempts to revive it on the part of the state. The purpose of this article is to substantiate scientific approaches to improve the mechanisms of development of agricultural business structures based on integration and cooperation ties. The purpose of the article was solved using a set of general scientific research methods: historiographical, system analysis and synthesis, comparative and bibliometric analysis. In the article, the authors consider the historical foundations of the cooperative movement, as well as the features of agrarian cooperation in both foreign and Russian (Soviet) practice. The paper provides an overview of modern research by various authors for the development of relevant cooperative practices. The current state of agricultural cooperation is confirmed by the results of structural and dynamic analysis of agricultural cooperatives for a number of reporting periods, as well as a qualitative assessment of financial and organizational state support. The authors of this article propose to use mathematical tools for predictive assessment of the feasibility of creating cooperatives, which will allow in the future to strengthen the involvement of potential participants and existing agricultural entrepreneurs in the cooperative movement. As a tool to stimulate the involvement of agricultural business structures, the authors propose to strengthen state support for the formation of an adequate system of additional professional education in this area (the introduction of a joint educational program for advanced training to stimulate the involvement of agricultural business structures in integration and cooperation relations).
