Improvement of methods for accelerated production of experimental populations of rice L

Some factors have been studied in the development of an effective protocol for optimizing technologies for obtaining seedlings from hybrid embryos and culture of rice anthers in vitro. It is shown that the release of the program for the automatic development of conception in vitro is determined by the sequence of its development, the type of family man and the composition of the nutrient medium, for the realization of someone's superiority and cultivation. Ionizing radiation of callus in the culture of anthers was produced on the basis of N6 and Blades supplemented with 2,4-D and BAP. A well-known study showed that the combination of hormones 2,4-D (2.0 mg/l) and BAP (0.5 mg/L) in the composition of the Blinds was more effective, it enhanced the induction of the callus name not only in the hybrid Japanese/japonica and japonica japonica/indika, but also in the hybrid indica/indika.
