Variability of development of barley plants of biotypes depending on the seeding time and seeding rates

The article describes the results of studies on the study of indicators of autumn development of winter barley and two-handed barley, depending on the timing and rates of sowing in dry conditions of the steppe part of the Crimean Peninsula. Analysis of the data obtained showed that the bushiness and height of barley plants change under the influence of the studied agrotechnical factors. With a decrease in the seeding rate, the bushiness and plant height increase. Early and optimal sowing dates have a beneficial effect on plant development, which contributes to an increase in yield.
