Development of describing models for agro-industrial organization’s business process elements labour intensity

The agro-industrial complex is a strategically important branch of the economy ensuring the country's food security and characterized by capital intensity, high costs, risks and force majeure circumstances, and that requires constant search for mechanisms and methods to reduce costs and improve the quality and competitiveness of manufactured products. One of the methods ensuring agricultural organizations efficiency increase is the outsourcing of business processes. The current state of this activity area shows that along with the dynamic development of outsourcing services in Russia, a number of problems hindering this process have been identified. One of these problems is the weak methodological support. To date, the methods that allow you to make an informed management decision, to deside which process in the organization to outsource, and which process to continue to develop independently due to the availability of the necessary resources for its implementation are poorly developed and formalized. The authors previously proposed an approach that allows us to evaluate the business processes of an organization according to two integral criteria "Strategic importance" and "Comparative Efficiency" and using the matrix evaluation method to make a decision on the need to outsource the process. The purpose of this article is to develop a model for representing business processes, to propose a system of quantitative indicators detailing integral evaluation criteria, as well as to develop mathematical models for describing labour intensity of performing business process elements, allowing calculations of one of the proposed indicators (the specific weight of the process (function) in the total labour intensvity of work).
