Epizootological monitoring of cattle infectious diseases in the North Caucasus

The authors describe in the article the research on epizootological monitoring of infectious diseases in cattle dairy farms of different forms of ownership in the Krasnodar Territory in the period 2014-2018 and their own research materials. The laboratory studies used material samples (pieces of parenchymatous organs, blood, serum, outflow from the orifices). Laboratory studies using epizootological, clinical, pathological, immunological, bacteriological methods, serological reactions of PCR, ELISA, PMA, RP, RDP, RID detected antigen and antibodies in sick animals and bacterio - and virus carriers. In the course of laboratory studies for five years, 2667798 samples of pathological material were studied, 6469 positive samples of 32 nosological units of infectious diseases were isolated, of which 13 viral diseases, such as adenovirus infection, viral diarrhea, infectious rhinotracheitis, coronovirus infection, leukemia, parainfluenza-3, respiratory syncytial infection, rotovirus, FMD, rabies, bluetongue, Schmallenberg's disease, nodular dermatitis Hm. Nineteen nosological units were identified from bacterial infections: brucellosis, tuberculosis, infectious enterotoxemia, malignant edema, campylobacteriosis, colibacteriosis, listeriosis, necrobacteriosis, leptospirosis, pasteurellosis, pseudomonosis, paratuberculosis, anthrax, salmonellosis, streptococcosis, staphylococcosis, mycoplasmosis, chlamydia, yersiniosis.
Keywords: Adenovirus infection, viral diarrhea, infectious rhinotracheitis, coronovirus infection, leukemia, parainfluenza-3, respiratory syncytial infection, rotovirus, FMD, rabies, bluetongue, Schmallenberg's disease, nodular dermatitis
