Mineral substances dynamics in the body of laying hens depending on the productive period formation time

Microelement imbalances pose a serious threat to the health and productive qualities of farm animals and poultry, not only for vital elements, but also for toxic ones. Optimal nutrition with a sufficient level of trace elements guarantees adequate body functioning, among which the most important are structural, physiological, catalytic and regulatory. This article shows the redistribution of chemical elements in bones, muscle tissue and liver during various periods of ontogenesis in laying hens. 10% of casein from the dry matter (CB) of the diet was introduced into the diet of the I-experimental group, 10% of sugar was introduced into the II experimental group, and 10% of sunflower oil was introduced into the III experimental group. Based on the obtained data on the elemental composition in various biosubstrates, the elemental profile of laying hens of experimental groups was formed. In poultry of experimental group I, during the entire growing period, when 10% casein was included, (↑) B, Zn, Ca, K, P, Pb, Sr was accompanied by (↓) Fe, Se, Hg Co, Na, Al, Cd. With the inclusion of carbohydrates of 10% sugar in laying hens of experimental group II (↑) Cu, Mn, Ni, Se, Mg, P, Al, Cd and (↓) As, Si, V, Hg, I. With a fat diet in chickens of experimental group III, there was a uniform distribution of elements in the determined substrates, in particular (↑) Zn, Ca, Na, Mn, P, Pb, Sr, Sn, Mn, Zn, Ca with absolute (↓) As, Co, Cu, Fe, I, Li, Ni, Si. Comparative analysis of the data revealed a significant difference in the content of the main essential and toxic elements in different periods of ontogenesis. The elemental status of laying hens depends on the physiological state and the time of the productive period formation, borderline elementosis in chickens occurred at the age of 150 days.
