Effectiveness of using the "Bonaka-APK" microbiological complex with a probiotic effect in cultivating sterbel

The purpose of the research was to study the effect of the Bonaka-APK microbiological complex, which is a metabiotic for controlling the autoflora of fish and complex prevention of bacterial infections in young of the yearling Sterbel. In this species of the sturgeon family, it was planned to establish the effect of the Bonaka-APK microbiological complex with a probiotic effect, as well as to establish the economic efficiency of using this probiotic feed additive. In the process of studying this issue, it was found that during the experimental period of 60 days the body weight of fish increased (relative to the control) in the second group by 3.5%, in the third - 15.6%, in the fourth - by 7.5%; body length of fish in group 2 increased by 1.1%; in 3 - by 2.2%, in 4 - by 1.1%, and the survival rate of fish in all groups was 100%. The average daily weight gain in all experimental groups exceeded the control group (the second - by 0.1 g, the third - by 0.5 g, the fourth - by 0.2 g). Groups of fish that received the Bonaka-APK supplement had a lower number of pathogenic microorganisms in the intestines. When feeding the studied feed additive, a decrease in urea content in the blood was noted, as well as an increase in the content of glucose and total bilirubin (from 7.8 to 8.08 µmol/l). Indicators of lipid peroxidation in the experimental groups were at the level of a positive trend in relation to analogues in the first group. The level of profitability in the control group was 32.19%, and in the second group, due to the inclusion of 0.2% of the Bonaka-APK feed additive, it was 7.82% more. The highest level of profitability was noted in the third experimental group. It was 58.83%, which is 26.64% more than in the control group. The inclusion of 0.6% of the studied probiotic additive made it possible to increase the economic efficiency of cultivation by 13.91% relative to the control.
