Improving the risk management of agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar Territory

Instability and uncertainty of the external environment of the organization, as well as an illiterate internal processes management system, precondition various risk forms. Agriculture is one of the most risk-prone sectors of the Russian economy. The study is devoted to improving the risk management of agricultural organizations based on the Krasnodar Territory experience - the most agrarian-oriented region of the country. The author's interpretation of the essence of the risk of an agricultural organization is developed based on the study of the theoretical grounds of this research field. The main types of risks inherent in the activities of agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar Territory are identified - technical and technological, environmental, financial, political. The directions of minimizing the negative impact of risks on agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar Territory are proposed.
