Methodological features and mechanisms of economic substantiation of the optimal composition of the machine and tractor fleet of agricultural producers

An analytical review of the well-known methodological approaches to determining the optimal composition of the machine and tractor fleet of established and already functioning agricultural producers was carried out with an analysis of their characteristic advantages and disadvantages. The author's statement of this problem is proposed and a formalized description of the economic-mathematical model of partial integer programming of its implementation is given according to the criterion of the maximum discounted income received from the production and sale of crop products for the conditions of specific commodity producers, taking into account their zonal distribution and resource constraints. The model provides for the possibility of attracting the services of third-party organizations for limited volumes of mechanized work during the most busy periods of the field season in order to reduce capital costs for the purchase of the most expensive basic means of mechanizing technological processes. For computer implementation of the proposed mathematical model, a system of information and software has been developed, including zonal databases of agricultural technologies and technical means that implement them, algorithms and working programs for generating initial information to perform optimization calculations according to the developed mathematical model, information identification of a specific production facility and a tabular and graphical representation. the results of solving the problem.
