Rating assessment of small agricultural enterprises and attractiveness for them subclasses of economic activity in agriculture

The subject of the research is small business entities in the agrarian sector of the Russian economy. The purpose of the study is to conduct a rating assessment of small agricultural enterprises in Russia engaged in various types of economic activity and to determine its most attractive subclasses for small businesses in the current conditions. The article shows the role of small enterprises in the socio-economic development of the village, analyzes the data of the preliminary results of a continuous federal statistical observation of the activities of small and medium-sized businesses in 2020 in agriculture, studies the structure of those employed in the field of individual entrepreneurship, shows the role of helping members families and employees in agricultural business. With regard to small agricultural enterprises, performance indicators are identified, for the calculation of which there is an information basis in official statistics and which can be used for an integral assessment of the attractiveness of subclasses of economic activity in agriculture. The results of the study were obtained on the basis of data processing by statistical methods, the application of methods of multi-criteria ranking, additive convolution of criteria, general scientific methods of scientific research were also used: comparison, analysis, analogy and modeling. A methodology for the integral assessment of the activities of small agricultural enterprises is proposed, which is used to rank the attractiveness of subclasses of economic activity in agriculture for small businesses. A higher efficiency and attractiveness in modern conditions for small business of auxiliary activities secondary to agriculture in the field of agricultural crops production and post-harvest processing of agricultural products has been established.
