Improving the material and technical component of the development of agriculture in the Russian Federation

The driver of the development of agriculture is its material and technical base, the state of which determines the quality of agricultural work and the timing of their implementation. The study is devoted to the development of measures to improve the material and technical component of the development of agriculture in Russia based on the identification of problems that hinder the achievement of highly efficient agricultural production. Within the framework of this article, the current state of the material and technical component of the development of agriculture in the Russian Federation is studied: the dynamics of quantitative parameters of the country's agricultural machinery fleet is analyzed, the low rates of introduction of innovative technologies and equipment in the industry are determined. The problems of technical agricultural organizations underequipment; weak rates of renewal of agricultural machinery and a high level of its wear due to the insolvency of the vast majority of agricultural enterprises are due to the low efficiency of state support for the technical modernization of the industry due to the imperfection of the legal aspects of its provision. As a result of the study a set of measures has been developed to improve the material and technical base of agriculture in Russia: clarification of target indicators in the field of innovative development of the technical base of agriculture in Russia with appropriate adjustment of state programs; development of domestic engineering; improvement of the system of leasing agricultural machinery.
