Improving the strategy of innovative development of the technical and technological base of agricultural organizations in Russia

The article studies the processes of innovative development of the technical and technological base of agricultural organizations in Russia. Assessment and analysis of the innovative component of Russian agriculture was carried out, which showed that the innovative activity of the country's agricultural organizations remains low. At the same time, the acquisition of modern agricultural technical means is considred a key direction of innovative modernization of agricultural enterprises. The main reasons for the weak innovative activity of domestic agricultural producers and the slow pace of modernization of their technical and technological base are identified. as well as chronic investment insufficiency caused by a low level of solvency and limited financial support from the state; high cost of the latest technical means and equipment; lack of qualified, in terms of technical and technological readiness, personnel to work with innovations, largely due to the outflow of labor resources from rural areas. At the end of the study, a set of measures to improve the strategy for the innovative development of the technical and technological base of agricultural organizations is presented.
