Effect of different vaccine doses against pigs pseudomonosis on the formation of post-vaccination immunity

Until 1990, pig farming in our country was developing successfully. But by the mid-2000s, half of the pig production was represented by imported producers on the market shelves. Pork meat was included in the list of socially significant products by the Government of the Russian Federation. A number of measures taken by the country's leadership, together with farmers, led to 100% provision of pork meat to the population of the Russian Federation by 2019. However, there are still a number of reasons that hinder the development of one of the most important areas in the agro-industrial complex - animal husbandry. One of these reasons are infectious diseases that cause significant damage to livestock, which affects the cost of products. One of the most important directions of modern science is the study of the disease pseudomonosis. This disease is caused by the causative agent Pseudomonas Aegidiposa. This disease occurs in animals, humans, birds, fish, plants. In conditions of intensive animal husbandry, crowding, outbreaks of diseases can cause significant damage. Lethality can reach up to 70%, with a morbidity of 50%. The study of different doses of vaccines in order to determine the most effective dosage is an urgent area of veterinary science, with further application in practice.
