Disinfection of berries

The research of the effect of phosphine preparations and increased concentrations of carbon dioxide during the disinfection of perishable berries from quarantine and other pests on the preservation and quality was conducted. The minimum lethal dosages of these fumigants were established, which preserve the quality of products. The obtained research results can be used in the development of methodological recommendations for the disinfection of berries from quarantine pests in production conditions.
