Features of maize grain yield formation depending on tillage method and herbicide application on common chernozem of the Western Ciscaucasia

The importance of a differentiated approach to the selection of soil cultivation methods and herbicides in maize growing for grain is shown. The research task was to study the effects of soil and herbicide treatments on the growth, development and productivity of maize. The economic and bioenergetic effectiveness of various soil treatment methods application and herbicides in the control of weeds in maize crops are determined. Biometric parameters (plant height, leaf surface area, crop structure elements) were best when applying Callisto herbicides 0.25 l / ha + Milagro 1 l / ha on both soil treatments. The protection of maize from weed plants by applying an afteremergence herbicide provided yields of 90.8 c / ha for HCP05, a factor B = 1.5 c / ha, with a yield of 68.2 c / ha at the control. When studying methods of cultivating the soil, yields varied from 81.5 to 83.2 centners per hectare, while for HCP05 factor A = 1.2 centner / ha in favor of dumping soil tillage., The application of Prima + Titus herbicides against the backdrop of non-waste treatment had the greatest impact on the profitability of grain production among the weeds control methods, it was 10.8% higher than the profitability when introducing Callisto + Milagro. In this variant (Prima + Titus), the net profit was 36,634 rubles / ha, the profit margin was 109.5%. All coefficients of bioenergetic efficiency were also higher on non-waste soil treatment using a mixture of Prima + Titus.
