Nutrient digestibility of complete feed with rapeseeds of Kuban selection

In the experiment young geese (Lindovskaya breed, n = 38) of the first control group received complete feed (CF) without sunflower oil and rapeseed. In the second group analogues feed was received by periods of growth (starter-grower-finisher) CF with 2,0; 2,6 and 3,6% of sunflower oil. The third group of geese in the reference period was fed with 5,0; 6,7 and 9,1% of ground rapeseeds, respectively. The fourth group was fed according to the scheme of the third group, but with the addition in the CF of 0,1% «CelloLyux-F» complex enzyme preparation. Differences in CF between control and experimental groups were only in the level of crude fat and linoleic acid. Using of sunflower oil tended to decrease the digestibility of organic matter of the CF by 4,1%, crude oil - by 8.7% and crude fiber - by 8,8%, compared to the values in the first group. However, utilization of the nitrogen digested from CF in the body of the second group of poultry was maximal. The authors note that probably the addition of sunflower oil in complete feed, rich in polyunsaturated linoleic acid, worsened the activity of cellulolytic bacteria of the intestine of young geese, but had no effect on the efficiency of nitrogen utilization, passed through the intestinal wall. The best nutrient digestibility was found in the fourth group, where a complex enzyme preparation «CelloLyux-F» was added into complete feed with the seeds of rape. Most profit from growing geese was in the fourth group - by 3,7% more than in the control group.
