Improving the artificial cattle insemination efficiency in ovarian disfunction

Observation data for manifestations variability of the phenomena of excitation stage are presented: of estrus, the general reaction, sexual libido and ovulation in cows of black-motley breed. The dependence of the duration from the dairy cattle productivity level, the intensity of metabolic processes is identified. A reduction in the functional activity of the ovaries is established expressed in estrus prolongation, the general reaction, sexual libido and ovulation timing shift that reduces the effectiveness of the artificial insemination. It leads to an artificially acquired infertility. According to the results of animals observations it is suggested to correct the last insemination time by 5-10 hours, with mandatory rectal supervision of subsequent ovulation for high yielding cows exhibiting irregularities in the duration of sexual libido and unproductive insemination.
