On the quality of specialists training for the village in the period of import substitution

Regional Development Concept includes a group of factors of excellence in agriculture. In this regard, a lot of attention in the study of the course of obstetrics, gynecology and re-productive biotechnology is given to the introduction of elements of scientific research. Great importance is attached to practical skills of specialists in a timely manner and actively to isolate the most pressing problems and competently solve production problems.
