ПОЛИМОРФИЗМ ДЛИН ТАНДЕМНЫХ ПОВТОРОВ В ПОПУЛЯЦИЯХ ДИКОГО ВИНОГРАДА КРАСНОДАРСКОГО КРАЯ И РЕСПУБЛИКИ АДЫГЕЯ
Разведение винограда позволило добиться больших успехов в количестве и качестве сортов, которые существуют сегодня. Наибольшая база данных Vitis International Variety Catalogue (VIVC) включает более 23 тысяч видов, сортов и клоновых форм винограда. Но все это разнообразие не могло бы существовать без вида Vitis silvestris Gmel., от которого оно произошло. Распределение частот аллелей в популяции показало, что нечаевская популяция включала наибольшее число разнообразных аллелей, в том числе частных. Даманская и майкопская популяции показали примерно одинаковое распределение аллелей. Такие результаты говорят о том, что в нечаевской популяции могут присутствовать гибридные формы, что также частично подтверждено определением видовой принадлежности посредством NCBI BLAST (данные не представлены). Анализы AMOVA и информационного разнообразия Шеннона показали, что, скорее всего, все особи относятся к одному виду, так как наибольшее количество разнообразия приходится на внутрипопуляционное разнообразие. При этом сравнение выборки при помощи UPGMA и PCoA методов показало, что некоторые из образцов являются генетически не отличимыми, в то время как иные, хоть и определены в единый кластер, но имеют различия между собой. Таким образом, это указывает на то, что три выбранные для изучения популяции являются генетически разнородными, хотя и, по-видимому, относятся к виду Vitis silvestris Gmel.Ключевые слова: Vitis silvestris Gmel, сорта винограда, маркеры, аллель, секвенирование, ареал обитания.
