ШТАММЫ РОДА BACILLUS С ФУНГИСТАТИЧЕСКИМИ СВОЙСТВАМИ В ОТНОШЕНИИ FUSARIUM SP. В АГРОЦЕНОЗЕ ПШЕНИЦЫ

Изучен потенциал агроценозов пшеницы на черноземе выщелоченном для выделения штаммов-антагонистов к фитопатогену Fusarium sp. Из 50 выделенных бактериальных изолятов, относящихся к роду Bacillus, 6 обладали фунгистатическими свойствами в отношение тест-штамма Fusarium oxysporum. Методом рестрикционного анализа части 16S рибосомального гена (ARDRA-метод) была установлена принадлежность отобранных штаммов к биологическим видам Bacillus subtillis. subsp. subtilis и Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
