The algorithm for selecting a business process for its outsourcing in agro-industrial companies

Modern economic conditions require all branches of activity to increase efficiency introduce innovations, digital transformation, improve the quality of products and services provided. This issue is particularly acute in the agro-industrial sphere. In response to this challenge, there is a steady development of business process outsourcing, which allows agro-industrial companies to focus their attention and efforts on key strategic initiatives, transferring secondary processes for management to a third-party organization that has effective management techniques, personnel and the required technological infrastructure. In this regard, it becomes relevant to develop methods for quantifying the company's business processes in order to make a decision on the need to outsource it, since the signs indicating the need to involve third-party performers are frequently not obvious. Earlier, the authors proposed an improved method based on the Apt and Mason approach, supplemented by a system of indicators and developed mathematical models for their calculation based on a functional-structural approach to modeling business processes. This article presents the results of the development of methods for translating the obtained values of business process evaluation measured in different units into a point system. These methods allow for the convolution of integral criteria of strategic importance and comparative effectiveness, and the developed selection algorithm determines the processes that should be outsourced.
