The effect of microbial preparations on the enzymatic activity of the rhizosphere and the yield of winter triticale

Data on the study of the peculiarities of the influence of microbial preparations based on associative nitrogen-fixing microorganisms on the enzymatic activity of the rhizosphere of winter triticale, protein content, ear productivity elements, yield are presented. Microbial preparations agrofil, mizorin, rhizobact of the RZHF brand and of the FZHF brand were used in the experiment. Enzymes of the hydrolase class (urease, phosphatase and invertase) were studied. The maximum activity of phosphatase was noted when treated with the preparation of rhizobact brand FZHF - 9.6 mg of phenolphthalein per 100 g of air-dry soil. The maximum activity of invertase was noted when treated with agrofil - 3.0 mg of glucose per 1 g of soil. Urease activity decreased significantly in all variants of the experiment. The maximum protein content (14%) was determined in the variant with the use of the Rhizobact preparation of the RZHF brand. The maximum increase in ear productivity elements, yield in variants with rhizobact preparations of the RZHF brand and the FZHF brand was noted. A negative correlation was determined between the activity of the urease enzyme and the ear productivity elements, as well as a positive correlation between the phosphatase activity and the grain weight from the ear and the number of grains in the ear.
