Material and technical support of the Krasnodar Territory agricultural enterprises

The study is devoted to the analysis of the current material and technical base state of the Krasnodar Territory agricultural enterprises and the measures development aimed at stimulating its renewal and modernization. The current material and technical base state of the Krasnodar Territory agricultural enterprises has been analyzed. It is revealed that the fleet of agricultural machinery in the industry is gradually reducing, the pace of its renewal remains low, which, along with the insufficient solvency of agricultural enterprises, causes a decrease in the availability of machinery and equipment. Effectiveness assessment of the State Program for the development of Agriculture of the Krasnodar Territory was carried out. It is determined that the cash execution of measures aimed at providing financial support to agricultural enterprises in terms of the acquisition of modern agricultural machinery during 2013-2020 remained incomplete, and the targets were not achieved. Measures to stimulate the renewal and modernization of the material and technical support of agricultural enterprises in the region have been identified: improvement of the legislative framework regulating the state of material and technical support of agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory; determination of target indicators on the basis of which the analysis and assessment of the material and technical condition of agricultural production in the region will be carried out; simplification of red tape procedures for agricultural enterprises to receive subsidies for the development of their material and technical base.
