Clusterization rice varieties by content of non-substitute amino acids

The aim of this study is to investigate the variability and isolate sources by trait in domestic rice varieties. To create a new generation of varieties with a more balanced amino acid composition, it is necessary to select both sources with high content of individual amino acids and varieties with high characteristics of the complex of amino acids, especially essential amino acids. The determination of the amino acid composition was carried out on a Kapel 105M instrument. Collected samples of rice were used. A cluster analysis of domestic rice varieties was conducted, which allowed us to divide them into three groups differing in the composition of essential amino acids. The first cluster included samples of sources of valine, which increases the body's adaptability to stress factors and improves nitrogen metabolism of plants. Valine has been shown to be effective in increasing resistance to high temperatures and drought in plants. The second cluster collected samples - sources of methionine, its effectiveness in increasing nonspecific response to stress was shown. The third cluster has the most balanced composition of amino acids. Its representatives contain more threonine, which improves vascular health and enhances immunity. Threonine also provides increased adaptability to drought. Promising combinations have been identified to increase valine, methionine and threonine content.
