Economic crimes in the agro-industrial complex as a threat to Russia's economic security

The article deals with the main problematic issues related to the prevention, detection and investigation of economic crimes in the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the judicial and investigative practice of economic crimes in the agro-industrial Complex of the Russian Federation is carried out on the basis of which the main methods of misappropriation of budget funds by agricultural entities are classified. Economic, legal and organizational measures aimed at improving the efficiency of ensuring food and, as a result, the economic security of the country are proposed.
