Ensuring Russia's food security in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic

The article the assessment of the state of domestic agricultural production in conditions of restrictions due to the pandemic COVID-19 was carried out. The analyzed dynamics of crop and livestock production. The satisfaction of the needs of the population of the Russian Federation for food in 2020 is considered. Also, have been identified the main trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex and recommendations have been developed to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the import substitution strategy and ensure food security in Russia.
