Mycromycetes number dynamics in winter wheat rhizosphere depending on organic and mineral fertilizers application on leached chernozem of Western Ciscaucasia

Increasing the fertility of degraded chernozems is an urgent problem in the Krasnodar Territory. The bioindicator of soil fertility is microbiological activity, which is easily determined by the species diversity and number of soil micromycetes. Long-term mycological analyzes of soil from winter wheat rhizosphere using a nutrient medium of potato agar made it possible to identify both typical representatives of the potentially pathogenic genera Fusarium, Alternaria, Cladosporium, Cephalosporium, Verticillium and potentially suppressive genera Trichoderma, Penicillium, Aspergillus. In the formation of micromycetes complex, the number of which depends on the vegetation type, an important role is played by crop rotation, which interrupts the accumulation of pathogenic species. This is confirmed by the state of the populations of soil micromycetes in the eleven-field grain-herb-row crop rotation. The dependence of the number of potentially pathogenic micromycetes on weather predictors has been determined. The minimum total number of potentially pathogenic genera representatives was found on the Bezostaya 100 variety in 2019, which ranged from 0.7 to 2.4 thousand CFU/1 g of absolutely dry soil, which is 5-7 times lower compared to 2017. The decrease in the number of potentially pathogenic and an increase in potentially suppressive micromycetes is facilitated by the organic and organomineral fertilization systems with a 3-year post effect of manure application.
