Practical aspects of the forming business systems in agricultural production

The article notes that if there are positive changes in the development of the Russian agricultural sector between 2014 and 2019, however, the agricultural industry is not developing at a high rate and does not provide the necessary level of profitability to the economic entities of the industry, despite the relative growth of state support. Based on the results of the financial analysis of the dynamics of indicators of sustainability of the agricultural holding JSC "Agrocomplex" named after N. I. Tkachev» Krasnodar territory for the period from 2015 to 2019, it is concluded that the level of business entities’ financial stability of the industry is relatively low, which, in many respects, is a consequence of shortcomings in corporate management, in particular, due to the lack of a systematic approach to the management of business entities in the industry. Based on the analysis of modern management concepts and practice of managing successful companies, the article justifies the need and ability to manage agribusiness and from the point of view of systemic optimization, aimed at ensuring the interests of social groups and individuals, humanizing corporate economic life, partnership with counterparties for "a lifetime", perception of technology as a technologically advanced and digitized success and the widespread use of corporate standards and modern management tools called "Setka". It is suggested that the purpose of corporate programs of education and support for self improvement of employees is to train continuously improving employees, to concentrate management efforts on positivity, to perceive the short-term profit as an unreliable indicator of efficiency of work;to consider the purpose of organizations to be their sustainable functioning for a sufficiently long period of time for the benefit of all interested groups on the basis of certain trade-offs and corporate business system.
