State support for development agricultural cooperation in the Krasnodar Territory

It is established that the history of cooperation in modern Russia has undergone significant changes in its development, but has not lost its significance in the conditions of the modern transforming market, the challenges of globalization, and political contradictions between countries. It is proved that cooperation allows organizing an effective system of marketing, processing, transportation and storage of agricultural products, expands the financial capabilities of small agricultural producers and creates conditions for further production growth. It is determined that the effective development of the cooperative movement in Russia is possible only with the organization of an adapted system of state support, which requires the development and implementation of its appropriate mechanisms and tools. The article provides a comprehensive analysis and substantiates the activities of municipal centers of competence in the field of agricultural cooperation development, which include: information, consulting and personnel support for producers, organization of interaction with banks, monitoring the market of agricultural products, systematization of best practices, and so on.
