Strategic aspects of agricultural products import substitution as a factor of ensuring Russia’s economic security

The article deals with the main problematic issues related to the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex, including those related to import substitution in this industry. The monitoring of exports and imports of agricultural products was carried out, threats related to certain types of products import dependence were identified, and economic, legal and organizational measures were proposed to improve the country's food and, as a result, economic security.
