Ethiological structure and state of the immunity in calves with respiratory diseases

Research objective - assessment of a role of viruses of infectious rhinotracheitis, diarrhea and paragrippa-3 in etiological structure of respiratory diseases of calfs and studying of a condition of cellular and humoral immunity at this pathology. in an etiology of respiratory infections of calfs an essential role is played by viruses of infectious rhinotracheitis, diarrhea and paragrippa-3 cattle. The leading role of viruses of infectious rhinotracheitis, diarrhea, paragrippa-3 in developing of respiratory diseases of calfs in livestock farms of Belarus is established - the most often respiratory pathology is caused by a parainfluenza-3 virus (71.2% of animals at whom seroconversion is established), then - a virus of infectious rhinotracheitis (60.2%) and diarrheas (50.7%). Seroconversion and at clinically healthy calfs is noted (respectively 19,1, 11,7 and 14.9%) that testifies to the asymptomatic course of an infectious disease or to the carried-out vaccination. Perebolevaniye of calfs viral respiratory infections brings to considerable at oppression of the main links of the immune system of sick calfs - reduction of number of T of lymphocytes and In lymphocytes, to decrease in phagocytal activity of neutrophils, bactericidal and lizotsimny activity of blood serum, concentration of crude protein, albumine of blood serum, immunoglobulins.
