Possibility of using chernozems of the Southern Anapo-Taman zone of Krasnodar Territory for laying vineyards

The research was conducted on the land plot of the Anapa district of the Krasnodar Territory in order to determine the possibility of their use for laying vineyards. The soil cover of the surveyed territory is represented by southern chernozems located on a gentle slope of the South-Western exposure. The main composition and properties of chernozems in the southern part of the studied territory affecting the germination of grapes, as well as the size and quality of the crop, are studied. Southern chernozems of the surveyed area have favorable water-physical properties for the growth and development of grapes and do not have contraindications acoording to agrochemical indicators. Before laying the vineyard on them, it is necessary to conduct a deep planter plowing (75-80 cm), under the planter it is necessary to make on 1 ha: manure - 80-90 t, P2O5 - 400-600 kg of active agent, K2O - 600-800 kg of active agent in compliance with anti-erosion measures. To eliminate waterlogging and improve the water-physical properties of the soil in the lower part of the slope, it is recommended to conduct drainage systems of open or closed type, it is necessary to cut along the lower border of the bypass channel.
