Economic analysis and justification of areas for improving the domestic system of the production, processing and sale of beef cattle products

The decomposition of the system for organizing the production, processing and sale of beef cattle products to the final consumer on the market was carried out, which made it possible to substantiate the priorities for the innovative development of this livestock subsector in the country. A high technological dependence of commodity producers in domestic beef cattle breeding on foreign breeding material, feed additives, veterinary preparations, as well as machinery and equipment for rigging reproductive and fattening farms and complexes was established, and measures to overcome it were substantiated. The role of the transfer of selection-genetic and technical and technological innovations for commercialization in production as an important element in the formation of the scientific and technical potential for the development of the sub-sector is determined. It was established that for the accelerated implementation of the import substitution program with filling the domestic market with competitively priced beef of our own production, it is necessary to ensure a multiple increase in the number of livestock of specialized meat and cross breeds obtained as a result of using innovative technologies for artificial insemination of cows using seed material of elite animals meat breeds. The most important organizational, technological and personnel problems that hinder the diffusion of these innovative technologies are identified and ways to solve them are substantiated. The economic efficiency is substantiated for organizing a separate production cycle in beef cattle breeding during its restoration and development in regions with a large specific gravity of pasture area for grazing cattle during the warm season. An economic analysis of the pricing system in the product chain of reproductive and fattening farms and complexes, processing enterprises, as well as organizations of wholesale and retail trade is carried out and directions for its improvement are proposed.
