The theoretical analysis of economic efficiency of agrarian formations

The modern theory of efficiency of economic activity considers the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the results; the quantitative measure of results evaluation - the effect is considered to be the volume indicators, the qualitative measure - the efficiency is considered to be the system of indicators of the ratio of the effect and the consumed resources. The effect is considered to be: the increase in gross output, the increase in sales revenue, the increase in all types of profits, the increase in the balance sheet currency, including its own capital as the main source of financing for the activities of an economic entity, the reduction of production costs and sales of products, goods and services. The efficiency is characterized by the ratio of these types of effect in the form of value and consumed resources: the average annual (average) total number of employees of the organization; the average annual (average) number of employees of the main production; area of agricultural land; the average annual value of total assets, current assets, reserves; the average annual value of equity; production costs, labor costs.
