Methodical peculiarities of the evaluation of the effectiveness of investments to develop the technical and technological innovations in crop production

Negative trends in the technical and technological equipment of domestic plant growing were noted, which restrain the increase in production volumes and the competitiveness of industry products. The necessity of introducing innovative agricultural technologies adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the distribution zone, as well as modern automation, robotization and informatization of production processes, has been proved. The main approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of investments in the technical and technological modernization of crop production have been identified, systematized and substantiated. A structural-logical scheme for the investments effectiveness evaluating in the implementation of these innovative transformations is proposed. A refined methodology evaluating the effectiveness of investments in the innovative development of the crop production technical and technological base, taking into account the size, price and structure of invested capital, technical and operational and price characteristics of the acquired means of mechanization, automation and production processes robotization, as well as additional income derived by producers from reducing operating costs to perform field mechanized work, increasing the volume and improving product quality.
