The status of micermicette populations in the rosesphere of winter wheat on leached chernozeme of the Western Ciscaucasia

The degradation processes occurring in the chernozems of the Krasnodar Territory were expressed in increasing density, disturbing the water and air regime, and reducing the return of organic matter to the soil. Such changes led to a significant increase in the negative influence of weather predictors on the growth and development of plants, as well as on the microbiological activity of the soil, including the species and quantitative composition of micromycetes. In this regard, it is important to study the degree of influence of anthropogenic factors on the formation of pathogenic and suppressive mycofloras in the rhizosphere of winter wheat plants in specific weather conditions, as discussed in the article. As a result of long-term mycological analyzes of soil from the rhizosphere of winter wheat plants against the background of organic and mineral fertilizer systems, it was established that the amount of CFU of conditionally pathogenic genera during the tillering phase ranged from up to one thousand / g of absolutely dry soil and conditionally suppressive micromycetes from up to a thousand / g of absolutely dry soil and depended on the aftereffect of introducing an increased norm of manure and an increased dose of mineral fertilizers, as well as weather predictors during wintering and in the phase of tillering of winter wheat. The aftereffect of manure was manifested in a decrease in the number of CFU of conditionally pathogenic micromycetes and an increase in the representatives of conditionally suppressive genera, respectively, 1,4-1,7; 1,2-2,3 times as compared with the mineral system. The quantitative indices depended on the weather predictors, which influence the formation of the rhizosphere and its colonization by micromycetes.
