Calculation of seed crops areas and seed production volumes at different stages of seed development in the farm (discrict, region)

The quality of agricultural crops seeds is the primary basis for the effective use of modern varieties in the production. The basis of the solution to this problem should be the conduct of serious marketing research on the seed market with detailed clarification of the market demand for the seeds of agricultural crops, its potential capacity for the created varieties. The result can be a significant adjustment of existing programs in institutions-originators, only a small number of which now provides the country's main demand for demanded seeds. This largely depends on the solution of the problem of recoupment of costs for breeding and seed production, including through collection of breeding fees-royalties. The variety should be the bearer of the economic well-being of the patent holder and producer. The most important decision for seed growers on the issue of seed sales is the formation of a pricing policy in the country by setting the seeds of the base purchase price by region for 1-1.5 months before the harvest. Great prospects for improving the quality of produced seeds are associated with the organization of ground control in the country. The limitation of the number of generations of reproduction seeds used in seed production is one of the priority measures that require a quick solution. An important reserve in increasing yields is associated with the effective use of the variety's possibilities against the background of optimum conditions for the formation of high-quality seeds, that is obtaining positive seed-modified modifications caused by agroecological factors [1-7].
