Current economic problems and ways of Dagestan gardening development

The article reveals the actual problems of the Dagestan gardening. There are some successes in the development of the industry and the growth of absolute indicators, which are mainly achieved by increasing the volume of production in private farms, which significantly reduces the level of efficiency of the industry. Agricultural enterprises annually concede positions in many operational indicators. Identified in the post-crisis period, the problems of fruit growers, the organization of sales, storage and processing of products remain relevant for the Republic today. The main trends of the branch efficiency increase are offered, the special role of the state in ensuring steady and innovative development of gardening is noted.
