Immunobiological reactivity of calves in treatment-and-prophylactic measures in calves infectious rhinotracheitis and parainfluenza-3

The results of the conducted researches established that the use of drugs of immunostimulant immunofan, Argarita-40, nine-valence serum vitama in the autumn season of the year in the second experimental group showed a higher percentage of active phagocytic neutrophils by 1,2 times, absorption capacity of neutrophils by 1,3%, percent digestive ability of neutrophils - 12%, and the coefficient of mobilization of formazan-positive neutrophils - 1,5 times in relation to the first experimental group of animals where immunostimulant ribotan, nine-valence serum and Ganivet-selenium were used. After double vaccination in the autumn season of the year the animals of the second experimental group there was an increase in the percentage of active phagocytic neutrophils 33% (1,3 times), the absorptive capacity of neutrophils by 37% (1,3 times), percent digestive ability of neutrophils - 10%, and a ratio of mobilization of formazan-positive neutrophils 34% (1,3 times) relative to the first experimental group. In the winter season year in the second experimental group showed a higher percentage of active phagocytic neutrophils 8%, absorptive and digestive ability of neutrophils - 19% and 10%, respectively, and ratio of mobilization of formazan-positive neutrophils - 1,7 times relative to the first experimental group of animals where used immunostimulant ribotan, devyatiletku serum and Ganivet-selenium. After double vaccination in the second experimental group there was an increase in the percentage of active phagocytic neutrophils by 10%, the absorption capacity of neutrophils - 42% (1,4 times), percent digestive ability of neutrophils - 9%, and the coefficient of mobilization, formazan-positive neutrophils - 37% (1,4 times), relative to the first experimental group of animals. Therefore, the use of highly effective preparations of immunostimulant immunofan, Argarita-40, nine-valence serum and vitama contributed to the enhancement of nonspecific immunity, and vaccine application against infectious rhinotracheitis and parainfluenza-3 cattle ''CattleMaster'' - to the development of specific immunity.
