Anther culture, as the method of creation initial material for various directions of breeding work

Populations of double haploid line have found wide application in genetic researches at marking and localisation loci of economic valuable trait, creation of the lines steady to аbiotic and biotic stresses, increasing of genetic variability and hybrids fertility. Anther culture of heterotic rice hybrids allows to create on their basis varieties with the same productivity as initial hybrid, and even above, thus in cases time that necessary for varieties creation is reduced. However, till now reception double haploid lines remains process labour consuming and ineffective. The purpose of the present research - on the basis of rice hybrids to create an initial material adapted to аbiotic stresses, to allocate environment (medium) raising callusegenesis in investigated hybrid combinations. For anther culture used 70 hybrid combinations: hybrids between lines of one hybrid combination, the Russian varieties, the Russian and foreign samples, intresubspesiphic hybrids. Medium with the maintenance of salts: raised CaCl2·2H2OH3BO3, KNO3KH2PO4, MgSO4·7H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O, MnSO4·4H2O, and lower content (NH4) 2SO4, and higher content of vitamins and growth regulators. In work used four nutrient mediums, RZ, RZ1, C, C1. Environments with the raised maintenance of salts (RZ, RZ1) provide higher exit каллуса in hybrid combinations with use domestic samples. Callusegenesis on RZ, RZ1, C1 containing NAA or IAA authentically above, than on the C medium containing only 2,4-D.
