Impact on microfertilizers regenerative activity of stocks and operating results growing grapes grafted planting material

The use of microfertilizers in the parental forms of grapes plants, as a way to supply regime, leading to significant changes in carbohydrate balance, which directly affects on the physiological regeneration processes, resulting, in the future, more vigorous growth and development of the cutting material and derived from it seedlings. As a result of investigations it was found that the following elements have the most positive influence on biogenic organic acids: on the content of chlorogenic acid - Mg (r 0,77-0,8) and Ca (r 0,67-0,89 ); on the content of succinic acid - Na (r 0,43) and Cu (r 0,95), caffeic acid - Cu and Zn (r 0,95); on the content of ascorbic acid - Zn (r 0,81-0,91). The use of microfertilizers containing boron increased the adaptive properties of grape plants, as evidenced by the index palisade, which was equal to 1,15. An increase of amount of the radial and medullary rays and number of vessels of conducting system, as well as bast solid of phloema was under the influence of microfertilizers containing microelements of zinc and boron. Variant of boron was the most effective drug in the aggregate of performance of regenerative activity, under the influence of which has the highest average length of shoots and roots development indicators. There were high yield indices of grafted cuttings with stratification, the survival rate of seedlings and yield nursery also in this variant. The use of microfocus X-ray diffraction, revealed that on average 90% of the seedlings have place of commissure without soldering anomalies, indicating the high quality indicators obtained seedlings. It has been established that the basic agent, providing effects on the correlation of growth in parental forms of grape plants are caffeic acid and succinic acid. The greatest of their content observed in the variant of boron, that is, the use of boron containing microfertilizers helps to activate of regenerative activity of grape rootstock cuttings and increases the yield of grafted seedlings of nursery.
