Adventive weed of the American origin Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. as a source of allergies in Southern Russia and advanced methods of its control

Pollen Fever is the most common classic allergic disease, its pathogenetic basis being caused by the IgE-mediated allergic reactions. The source of hay fever is the pollen of different wind-pollinated plants, which include adventive ragweed plant, which is a cause of suffering for many people. In order to prevent the spread of ragweed pollen, many methods of suppressing this plant have been offered, however the authors regard the most promising the biological control.
Keywords: Adventive organism, pollen, allergic rhinitis, asthma, Ambrosia artemisiifolia L
