Control in Agrarian and Industrial Complex public procurement as an economic security factor

The article analyzes the problem of criminal activity growth in the segment of Agrarian and Industrial Complex public procurement. The necessity of the public procurement control strengthening in conditions of macroeconomic instability is substantiated. It is noted that the reduction of criminal activity in the Agrarian and Industrial Complex public procurement is one of the key factors in ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation. The scale of criminal activity in the field of public procurement of the Agrarian and IndustrialCcomplex is confirmed by official statistical data. The article substantiates the need to increase the effectiveness of measures aimed at reducing the level of criminal activity in Agrarian and IndustrialCcomplex public procurement and increasing the level of economic security of the Russian Federation.
