Agricultural lands of Krasnodar Territory as a part of agricultural production resource capacity

The purpose of the study is to analyze the use of agricultural land in the Krasnodar Territory as part of the agricultural production resource potential proposed to be considered as a set of resources used in the production process. In order to assess agricultural land as a resource potential, the completeness of their use in agricultural production was determined, analysis of the land fund of the Krasnodar Territory was carried out by land categories, and a decrease in the area of agricultural land was established. The main reason for this was recognized as shortcomings in land legislation, allowing the inclusion of agricultural lands in settlements lands and in other categories. The analysis of in the area of agricultural land, arable land and crops changes in dynamics over the past 19 years was carried out using a trend line expressing the change in the average value of the dynamic series. The difference between the area of arable land and sown area was established, the amount of annual product losses was determined, which is expressed in the value of lost gross production and lost net income, which are annual lost profits. The decrease in the area of agricultural land, farm land, cultivated area indicates the ineffective use of part of the available resource potential. The issue of environmental requirements strengthening ib the use of land is outlined, data from the Kuban ScRI Giprozem are presented, showing the development of the process of soil degradation due to natural and climatic changes due to the activation of anthropogenic factors. In order to ensure the rational and efficient use of agricultural land as a resource base for agricultural production, suspention of soil degradation processes, preserving and increasing land fertility, it is proposed to carry out land transformations on the basis of scientifically substantiated projects of reforming agricultural organizations, land redistribution, organization and location of agricultural production, to resume the development of adaptive landscape farming systems taking into account the natural and economic characteristics of the Krasnodar Territory, the design of anti-erosion measures differentiated by natural landscapes and agricultural landscapes, to ensure the implementation of state and regional programs to increase soil fertility and land protection.
