State Audit of Inappective and Non-Effective Use of Budget Funds as a Tool for Increasing the Efficiency of Agrarian and Industrial Complex

The article is devoted to the state audit of inappective and ineffective use of budgetary funds in the Agrarian and Industrial Complex. The authors provide a definitive description of the state audit and an analysis of the problems associated with the inappective and ineffective use of budgetary funds. On the basis of statistical data, the scale and at the same time the difficulty of accurately estimating the size of these economic crimes is explained. Measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of government audit in order to improve the Agrarian and Industrial Complex.
